Our multi-organization team spans many offices around campuses. Our hybrid structure allows us to draw on expertise throughout the Mason community to best support graduate education.
The Graduate Division
The Graduate Division, part of the Office of the Provost, supports academic units by augmenting their efforts and administering internal graduate funding opportunities. We also administer the subsidized graduate health insurance program, oversee graduate academic appeals, manage the Graduate Council and graduate policies, and advocate for graduate students throughout their educational and professional journey.
Graduate Student Life
Graduate Student Life is dedicated to supporting the success and well-being of Mason graduate students by providing programs and initiatives that promote community-building, professional development, personal development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion; connecting graduate students to campus resources; and identifying and advocating for graduate student needs.
Office of Fellowships
The Office of Fellowships supports currently enrolled graduate students and alumni as they apply to external, nationally competitive awards that pay for school, research, and more! Our staff will help you find the right award and guide you through every step of the application. While we can't guarantee you will win the award, we can guarantee you will grow as a scholar through the application process!
